The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. represent a revolutionary leap in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. Their technical superiority and economic efficiency make them ideal for a broad spectrum of applications. Boasting a protection class of Class E and ICO141 cooling, these motors are designed to deliver robust performance even in the most demanding environments.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are carefully engineered to excel in a wide array of environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring incomparable performance under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Featuring class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors guarantee an extended service life and superior reliability, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors are outfitted with a fully enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system, including an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design aligns with the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are perfect for dusty and humid conditions. For applications demanding higher protection levels, custom solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
To further safeguard the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated as required, ensuring comprehensive motor protection.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors adheres to Grade A standards under no-load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, meeting a wide range of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can custom-engineer motors to function at any voltage ranging between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. These motors maintain excellent performance even when the power supply voltage varies by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
