The Klybdc Series Flameproof 3 Phase Motor boasts a robust flameproof enclosure designed to impeccably interact with the air gap rotating magnetic field and the induced current in the rotor winding to create electromagnetic torque. Its resilient casing not only withstands the explosion pressure generated by an internal explosive gas detonation but also prevents the explosive products from escaping through the explosion-proof gap, safeguarding the surrounding environment from ignition.
1. The structural integrity of the flameproof enclosure is meticulously engineered to endure the explosion pressure generated by internal explosive mixtures. Due to the rigorous usage conditions and transportation requirements, specific regulations mandate the use of cast steel or steel plate welded structures for mine flameproof motor shells. However, handheld electric tools like coal electric drills may utilize aluminum alloy casings with a magnesium content of less than 0.5%.
2. The meticulously designed flameproof joint surface, which transmits explosion pressure and flame to the motor's exterior, is critical. The joint surfaces of the various parts within the flameproof enclosure fit together seamlessly. Specific standards for the minimum effective length, maximum clearance, and surface roughness of these joint surfaces are determined by the motor's operating environment. Typically, the flameproof joint surfaces include connections between the casing and end covers, between the end cover and bearing inner cover, the shaft hole and shaft, the junction box components, and more.
3. Under normal operating conditions, the flameproof joint surface between the motor shaft and the shaft hole should not generate friction.
