The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. signify a revolutionary advancement in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. These motors epitomize simplicity, reliability, and maintenance ease, delivering outstanding technical and economic performance. They are ideal for diverse applications, including small machine tools, medical equipment, electronic instruments, and household appliances. Additionally, their compatibility with RV series reducers enhances their utility across various mechanical systems. The motors feature a Class E protection rating and employ the ICO141 cooling method, ensuring reliable performance in rigorous conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are crafted to excel in diverse environments. They function optimally within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring dependable performance under standard conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Built with Class F insulation (155ºC) and tested under Class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors promise extended service life and superior reliability, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors incorporate a fully enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system with an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design aligns with the IC411 standards in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection rating, the MS series motors are ideal for dusty and humid environments. For applications requiring higher protection levels, customized solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
For added protection, the MS series motors can be equipped with optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices, ensuring comprehensive motor safety.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors conforms to Grade A standards under no load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, accommodating a broader range of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can engineer motors to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. These motors maintain excellent performance even when the power supply voltage deviates by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
