The YE4 Series three-phase asynchronous motors proudly meet the elite efficiency benchmarks set forth in GB 18613-2012 'Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors'. Additionally, these motors are in full compliance with the IE4 energy efficiency grade as outlined by the IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard.

The installation dimensions of YE4 Series motors adhere to the strict IEC60034 standard. With a balanced structure, elegant design, superior efficiency, minimal noise, high protection, and robust insulation, these motors are versatile. They are ideal for powering diverse mechanical equipment, including fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, and transportation machinery. They are also suited for demanding environments such as petroleum, chemical industries, steel plants, and mines.

Field Conditions:
YE4 Series motors are adaptable to most scenarios and settings. Designed for standard operation within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and up to an altitude of 1000m, these motors offer reliable performance under most conditions.
Temperature Rise and Insulation:
Engineered with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated based on class B insulation (80K), these motors ensure longevity and dependable functionality.
Cooling and Ventilation:
Featuring a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) mechanism, the standard motor includes an auxiliary flow plastic fan, adhering to IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6.
Protection Grade:
The motor boasts a protection grade of IP55, making it suitable for dusty or humid environments. Higher protection levels can also be provided to meet specific customer requirements.
Motor Protection:
Optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed as per customer needs.
Vibration:
The YE3 Series motors meet Grade A vibration speed standards at no load. Class B motors can be made available upon special request.
Voltage and Frequency:
The standard motor operates at 380 V/50 Hz. It can be customized to function at any voltage between 200-660V at 50Hz. Even with a power supply voltage deviation of 5% from the rated voltage, it maintains optimal performance.
