The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. represent a groundbreaking achievement in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. They exhibit outstanding technical and economic performance indicators, making them the perfect choice for various applications. Additionally, they are fully compatible with RV series reducers, enhancing their utility in diverse mechanical systems. With a protection class of Class E and the innovative ICO141 cooling method, these motors guarantee robust performance even in the most demanding conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are engineered to excel in a variety of environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring reliable performance under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Built with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors ensure extended service life and enhanced reliability, meeting the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors feature a fully enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system, equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design adheres to the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are ideal for use in dusty and humid environments. For applications requiring higher protection levels, customized solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
To further safeguard the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and additional winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated as needed, ensuring comprehensive motor protection.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors complies with Grade A standards under no-load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, addressing a broader range of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380V/50Hz, but can be engineered to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Moreover, these motors maintain exceptional performance even when the power supply voltage varies by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
