Product Description

YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors meet the first-class efficiency standard specified in GB 18613-2012 "Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors". At the same time, it conforms to IE4 energy efficiency grade of IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard.
Its design to improve efficiency meets the requirements of the state for energy saving and consumption reduction in the manufacturing industry.
The installation dimensions of YE4 series motors conform to IEC60034 standard. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, beautiful appearance, high efficiency, low noise, high protection grade and insulation grade, etc. It can be widely used to drive various general mechanical equipment such as fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors and transportation machinery, and can also be used in other places with harsh environments such as petroleum, chemical industry, steel and mines.
Note: We can also produce customized motors according to customers' special requirements.

Field conditions:
YE4 series motors can be applied to most occasions and environments. The standard working conditions of the motor are -20ºC to+40ºC, and the altitude is 1000m.

Temperature rise and insulation:
The motor is designed according to class F insulation (155ºC) and assessed according to class B insulation (80K), so the service life and reliability of the motor are guaranteed.

Cooling and ventilation:
The standard cooling method is totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with auxiliary flow plastic fan. Comply with the provisions of IC411 in IEC 60034-6.

Protection grade:
The protection grade of the motor is IP55, which can be used in dusty or humid environment. We can also provide motors with higher protection level according to customer's requirements.

Motor protection:
PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed as required.

Vibration:
The vibration speed grade of YE4 series motors meets Grade A at no load. Class B motor can be provided on special request.

Voltage and frequency:
standard motor is 380 V/50 Hz. A 50Hz motor with any voltage in the range of 200-660V can be designed. It can still run well when the power supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by 5%.
