The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. represent a revolutionary advancement in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. Designed for simplicity, reliability, and low maintenance, these motors excel in both technical performance and economic efficiency. Field conditions:
MS series motors are meticulously designed to excel in diverse environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, ensuring dependable performance under standard operating conditions.
Temperature rise and insulation:
Built with Class F insulation (155ºC) and assessed under Class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors guarantee extended service life and superior reliability, meeting the highest industry standards.
Cooling and ventilation:
Equipped with a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system and an auxiliary flow plastic fan, the MS series motors adhere to the IC411 standards in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.
Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are ideal for dusty and humid environments. For applications demanding higher protection levels, customized solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.
Motor protection:
To further safeguard the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated as per your requirements, ensuring comprehensive motor protection.
Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors complies with Grade A standards under no-load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, catering to a broader range of operational needs.
Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can engineer motors to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Additionally, these motors maintain superior performance even when the power supply voltage fluctuates by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
