Field Conditions:
YEJ series motors are versatile, suitable for a wide range of applications and environments. Optimal operating conditions for these motors range from -20ºC to +40ºC, with an altitude tolerance of up to 1000m.
Temperature Rise and Insulation:
Engineered with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated to class B insulation standards (80K), our motors promise enhanced service life and reliability.
Cooling and Ventilation:
Our motors feature a standard cooling method of totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) and come with an auxiliary flow plastic fan as standard. These motors comply with the IC411 provisions outlined in IEC 60034-6.
Protection Grade:
Boasting a protection grade of IP55, these motors are suitable for dusty and humid environments. We can also customize motors with higher protection levels based on customer needs.
Motor Protection:
As required, PTC, PT100, and other temperature measurement and protection devices for windings and bearings can be integrated.
Vibration:
The vibration speed grade of YEJ series motors achieves Grade A at no load, with Class B motors available upon special request.
Voltage and Frequency:
The standard motor operates at 380 V/50 Hz. We also offer 50Hz motors designed for voltages within the 200-660V range, capable of performing well even with a 5% deviation from the rated voltage.
