The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. signify a revolutionary advancement in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. Crafted with meticulous attention to simplicity, reliability, and maintenance, these motors deliver outstanding technical and economic performance indicators. They are an ideal choice for a plethora of applications, ranging from small machine tools and medical equipment to electronic instruments and household appliances. Furthermore, these versatile motors are compatible with RV series reducers, enhancing their utility in various mechanical systems. With a protection class of Class E and the ICO141 cooling method, these motors promise robust performance in even the most challenging conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are meticulously engineered to perform exceptionally across diverse environments. They operate optimally within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, delivering reliable performance under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Constructed with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors ensure a prolonged service life and enhanced reliability, meeting the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors are equipped with a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system, featuring an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design adheres to the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are perfectly suited for dusty and humid environments. For applications requiring higher protection levels, customized solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
To further enhance the safeguarding of the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated as per requirements, ensuring comprehensive motor protection.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors meets Grade A standards under no load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, catering to a broader range of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can engineer motors to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Additionally, these motors maintain excellent performance even when the power supply voltage deviates by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
