The YE4 series three-phase asynchronous motors are crafted to meet the highest efficiency standards as specified in GB 18613-2012 'Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Grades of Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors.' Furthermore, they comply with the IE4 energy efficiency grade as per the IEC 60034-30-1: 2014 standard, ensuring top-tier energy performance.
Designed to elevate efficiency, this motor aligns with national mandates for energy conservation and reduced consumption within the manufacturing sector.
The YE4 series motors feature installation dimensions that adhere to the IEC60034 standard. With attributes like a rational structure, appealing aesthetics, high efficiency, low noise, superior protection and insulation grades, these motors are versatile. They can drive a variety of general mechanical equipment such as fans, pumps, machine tools, compressors, and transportation machinery. They are also robust enough for demanding environments, including petroleum, chemical industries, steel, and mining sectors.

Field conditions:
The YE4 series motors are adaptable to a multitude of applications and environments. They function optimally within standard conditions ranging from -20ºC to +40ºC and can operate at altitudes up to 1000m.
Temperature rise and insulation:
Engineered with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated per class B insulation (80K), these motors guarantee longevity and dependable performance.
Cooling and ventilation:
The YE4 standard cooling methodology is a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system. Each standard motor comes equipped with an auxiliary flow plastic fan, fully compliant with IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6.
Protection grade:
With a protection grade of IP55, these motors are well-suited for dusty and humid environments. We also offer higher protection level motors upon customer request.
Motor protection:
Customizable options for motor protection include PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices.
Vibration:
The vibration speed grade of the YE3 series motors conforms to Grade A under no-load conditions. For specialized needs, Class B motors are available upon request.
Voltage and frequency:
Standard motors are rated at 380 V/50 Hz. We offer designs for 50Hz motors with voltages ranging from 200-660V, ensuring stable operation even with a 5% deviation from the rated voltage.
