The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. herald a new era in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. These motors epitomize engineering excellence through simplicity, reliability, and low maintenance, offering unparalleled technical performance and cost-efficiency. Ideal for a broad spectrum of applications, they power small machine tools, medical devices, electronic instruments, and household appliances with unmatched versatility and dependability. Furthermore, the compatibility with RV series reducers expands their utility across diverse mechanical systems. With a Class E protection grade and ICO141 cooling method, these motors are designed to excel even in the most demanding conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are meticulously crafted to perform across a wide array of environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, guaranteeing reliable performance under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Constructed with class F insulation (155ºC) and evaluated under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors ensure prolonged service life and enhanced reliability, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors feature a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system with an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design complies with the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are optimally suited for dusty and humid environments. For applications necessitating higher protection levels, customized solutions are available to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
For enhanced protection, the MS series motors can be equipped with optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices, ensuring comprehensive motor safety.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors adheres to Grade A standards under no load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, catering to a broader spectrum of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can customize motors to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Additionally, these motors maintain superior performance even when the power supply voltage fluctuates by up to 5% from the rated voltage.
