The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. mark a groundbreaking advancement in fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. Engineered with an emphasis on simplicity, dependability, and ease of upkeep, these motors excel in both technical and economic performance metrics, making them a perfect choice for diverse applications. From compact machine tools and medical devices to electronic instruments and household gadgets, the MS series motors prove their versatility and reliability. Furthermore, compatibility with RV series reducers enhances their application in various mechanical systems. Highlighting their robust design, these motors feature a Class E protection grade and employ the ICO141 cooling method, ensuring superior performance in challenging conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are designed to perform optimally across various environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, delivering consistent reliability under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Built with class F insulation (155ºC) and tested under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors ensure extended service life and superior reliability, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors incorporate a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system, featuring an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design meets the IC411 provisions of IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are ideal for dusty and humid environments. For applications requiring higher protection levels, we offer customized solutions tailored to specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
To enhance the protection of the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated as needed, ensuring comprehensive motor safeguarding.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors complies with Grade A standards when operating under no-load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, catering to a wide range of operational requirements.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors run at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can design motors to operate at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Additionally, these motors maintain excellent performance even with power supply voltage deviations of up to 5% from the rated voltage.
