The MS series motors from Longran Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. signify a breakthrough in the realm of fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. These motors, crafted with a focus on simplicity, reliability, and maintenance ease, deliver outstanding technical and economic performance indicators, making them perfect for a multitude of applications. Whether it's small machine tools, medical devices, electronic instruments, or household appliances, the MS series motors are both versatile and dependable. They also seamlessly integrate with RV series reducers, offering enhanced utility across various mechanical systems. Distinctively, these motors feature a protection class of Class E and the ICO141 cooling method, guaranteeing exceptional performance under demanding conditions.

Field conditions:
MS series motors are designed to excel in diverse environments. They operate efficiently within a temperature range of -20ºC to +40ºC and at altitudes up to 1000 meters, delivering reliable performance under standard operating conditions.

Temperature rise and insulation:
Built with class F insulation (155ºC) and assessed under class B insulation (80K), the MS series motors ensure extended service life and superior reliability, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Cooling and ventilation:
The MS series motors incorporate a totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC) system, complete with an auxiliary flow plastic fan. This design meets the IC411 provisions in IEC 60034-6, ensuring optimal cooling and ventilation.

Protection grade:
With an IP55 protection grade, the MS series motors are perfectly suited for dusty and humid environments. For applications requiring higher protection levels, customized solutions can be devised to meet specific customer needs.

Motor protection:
To further safeguard the MS series motors, optional PTC, PT100, and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be integrated according to requirements, ensuring comprehensive motor protection.

Vibration:
The vibration speed of the MS series motors adheres to Grade A standards when operating under no load conditions. For specialized applications, Grade B motors are available upon request, catering to a broader range of operational needs.

Voltage and frequency:
Our standard motors operate at 380 V/50 Hz, but we can engineer motors to function at any voltage between 200V and 660V for 50Hz applications. Additionally, these motors maintain excellent performance even with a power supply voltage deviation of up to 5% from the rated voltage.
