Product Description

MS series motors are newly designed fully enclosed miniature three-phase asynchronous motors. They have the characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, convenient maintenance, and excellent technical and economic indicators. They are widely used in various small machine tools, medical equipment, electronic instruments and household appliances. RV series reducer, etc.The protection class is Class E, and the cooling method is ICO141
Note: We can also produce customized motors according to customers' special requirements.

Field conditions: 
MS series motors can be applied to most occasions and environments. The standard working conditions of the motor are -20ºC to+40ºC, and the altitude is 1000m.

Temperature rise and insulation:
The motor is designed according to class F insulation (155ºC) and assessed according to class B insulation (80K), so the service life and reliability of the motor are guaranteed.

Cooling and ventilation:
The standard cooling method is totally enclosed self-fan cooling (TEFC). The standard motor is equipped with auxiliary flow plastic fan. Comply with the provisions of IC411 in IEC 60034-6.

Protection grade:
The protection grade of the motor is IP55, which can be used in dusty or humid environment. We can also provide motors with higher protection level according to customer's requirements.

Motor protection:
PTC, PT100 and other winding and bearing temperature measurement and protection devices can be installed as required.

Vibration:
The vibration speed grade of MS series motors meets Grade A at no load. Class B motor can be provided on special request.

Voltage and frequency:
standard motor is 380 V/50 Hz. A 50Hz motor with any voltage in the range of 200-660V can be designed. It can still run well when the power supply voltage deviates from the rated voltage by 5%.
